Established in 2002, Dexter Brown is a niche firm of Chartered Surveyors. We specialise in providing Commercial Property Management Services, Asset Management and Professional Services to a range of clients across the United Kingdom.
Our client base ranges from private individuals to property companies and major institutions. Since its inception the firm continued to grow and in 2007 the business was acquired by the Trust Property Management Group who have operations in the Residential and Professional Services Sector and were seeking an investment in the commercial sector. The Trust Property Management Group have an annual turnover of £3.5m and both companies are members of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) who govern and regulate the property industry
Dexter Brown provide a full asset and property management service for our clients.
As well as day to day property management we advise and act for our clients on all professional matters relating to their portfolio. This will include advice on performance enhancing initiatives, acquisitions and disposals, rent reviews and lease renewals, dilapidation reports and building surveys.
